Information you give me

When you fill in the contact form, I collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your WhatsApp or phone number
• Your website address
• Whatever you write about your business and goals

If you email me directly, I receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, the tools listed in the next section may collect:

• Your IP address and approximate location (city or region level)
• Device, browser and operating system details, and screen size
• The pages you view, how long you stay, what you click and how far you scroll
• The site or ad that brought you here (referrer, UTM parameters, ad click identifiers)
• Cookie and device identifiers

I don't ask for payment details, government IDs or other sensitive personal information through this website.

I use the tools below to understand how people use this site and to measure and improve my own advertising. As a Meta Ads specialist, I use the same kind of tracking that I set up for clients.

Who I share it with

I share information only with the service providers needed to run this website and my business:

• Analytics and advertising providers listed in section 2, which collect data directly through their tags.
• Form and email services. Contact form submissions pass through a third-party form service before they reach my email inbox. Your message is then stored in my email account.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that serve this website.
• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect my legal rights.

Some of these providers are located outside India, so your information may be processed in other countries, including the United States. I choose established providers that apply their own security and data protection safeguards.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This site and the tools above use cookies and similar technologies to remember visits, measure performance and support advertising. By continuing to use this website, you acknowledge the use of these technologies as described in this policy. You can control or withdraw this at any time:

How long I keep data

• Enquiries and emails: for as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records. If we don't end up working together, I delete them on request.
• Analytics and advertising data: for the retention period set in each provider's account, which I keep as short as is practical for my needs.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information I hold about you and get a copy
• Ask me to correct or update it
• Ask me to delete it
• Withdraw consent for how I use it
• Object to my use of your data for advertising
• Raise a complaint with me or with your local data protection authority

To use any of these rights, email me at the address in section 10. I'll reply within 30 days. I may need to confirm who you are first.

Other things to know

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using HTTPS and limiting access to my email and tools. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.

This website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn. I'm not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

Children

This website is meant for business owners and marketing teams. It isn't directed at anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy when I change how the site works or add new tools, or when the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Please check back from time to time.
