Weekly Ad Budget Calculator
Plan weekly and daily ad budgets from your funnel — CPM, CTR, OBC to LPV and LP conversion. Projects cost per result and spend for any units goal.
Baseline is fixed at 1,000 impressions — same as the sheet (cell B3). You only edit the white cells.

How to use this tool
Enter your funnel
Type your CPM in rupees, CTR %, OBC to LPV % (outbound clicks to landing page views), and landing page conversion %. The baseline stays fixed at 1,000 impressions, exactly like the sheet.
Read the projections
The tool computes LPV per 1K (B3×B4×B5), results per 1K (B6×B7), and projected cost per result ((1÷B8)×B2) — plus the minimum weekly budget for 50 conversions (ROUNDUP(B9×50)).
Set your goal
Enter any weekly units goal to get its weekly spend (ROUNDUP(B9×goal)) with the daily figure (weekly ÷ 7). Use Load example to try sample numbers.
How to budget weekly ad spend from funnel math
Guessing daily budgets is how ad accounts burn money. The reliable way is funnel math: start from CPM, walk clicks through to landing page views and conversions, derive your cost per result, then multiply by the conversions you want.
This free weekly ad budget calculator replicates the exact sheet formulas — LPV per 1K, results per 1K, projected CPR, minimum weekly for 50 conversions, and spend for any units goal — with weekly and daily figures. No signup, everything runs in your browser.
From CPM to cost per result
Per 1,000 impressions, LPV = 1000 × CTR × OBC→LPV and results = LPV × LP conversion. Dividing CPM by results per 1K gives projected CPR = (1 ÷ results) × CPM — the rupee cost of one conversion at current funnel efficiency. Improve CTR with creative, OBC→LPV with page speed, and LP conversion with offer and page proof to push CPR down before scaling spend.
The 50-conversions minimum
Meta and Google need about 50 conversions per ad set per week to optimize delivery. Budgeting ROUNDUP(CPR × 50) per week is the floor — anything less keeps campaigns in learning and performance swings wildly. Treat the green row as the entry ticket, not the scale target.
Budgeting for your units goal
Once CPR is known, any target is simple multiplication: weekly spend = ROUNDUP(CPR × goal units), daily ≈ weekly ÷ 7. New launch with no data? Run traffic first, measure the real CTR and conversion rates, then re-run the calculator — estimated CPR becomes actual CPR.

FAQ
What do OBC and LPV mean?
OBC is outbound clicks (clicks leaving the ad for your site) and LPV is landing page views (visits that actually loaded). OBC to LPV % measures drop-off between the click and the page load — slow pages and redirects lower it.
Why is the minimum goal 50 conversions per week?
Ad platforms need roughly 50 conversion events per week per ad set to exit the learning phase and optimize delivery. The sheet's green row (ROUNDUP(B9×50)) budgets exactly for that floor.
Why does it show an error when my funnel is zero?
Projected CPR divides CPM by results per 1K — if CTR, OBC→LPV or LP conversion is 0 or empty, that's a divide-by-zero (the sheet shows #DIV/0!). Enter values above 0 in every funnel input.
Does this tool send my numbers to a server?
No. Everything runs locally in your browser. No inputs leave your device.
